Responsible Gaming at jili9

Gaming Should Be Fun — Keep It That Way

At jili9, responsible gaming is not just a policy statement — it is a core part of how we operate. We are committed to providing every player in Bangladesh with the tools, information, and support needed to enjoy slots, cricket betting, live casino, and all other games on our platform without letting it interfere with daily life, finances, or well-being.

Problem gambling is a serious concern that can affect anyone. Whether you are playing during Eid holidays, weekends, or after a long day in Dhaka or Chittagong, it is important to recognise the early signs of excessive play and act swiftly. jili9 supports players who feel they need to slow down, take a break, or exit entirely.

How Self-Exclusion Works at jili9

Self-exclusion is one of the most effective tools for players who feel gambling has gone beyond entertainment. When you request self-exclusion, your jili9 account is suspended for the chosen duration. During this period you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. All promotional communications are also paused.

To activate self-exclusion, simply contact our support team at [email protected] with your registered account details and your preferred exclusion period. The options are:

• 30-day temporary exclusion (cool-down period)
• 90-day exclusion (extended break)
• 6-month exclusion
• Permanent exclusion (account closure, cannot be reversed)

jili9's Ongoing Commitment to Safer Play

jili9 is deeply committed to the well-being of every player across Bangladesh — from Dhaka and Chittagong to Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. We actively work to ensure that our gaming environment is safe, fair, and transparent. This includes regular review of player activity to identify patterns that may suggest problem gambling, and proactive outreach when our team identifies a player at risk.

We use SSL encryption to protect all your personal and financial data, and our games are built on certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology so every spin and bet is determined by true randomness — no manipulation, no bias. We believe that fair play starts with trustworthy systems and responsible design.

We also support responsible advertising practices. jili9 does not target advertising toward individuals who have self-excluded, minors, or individuals who have demonstrated patterns of excessive play. We align with globally recognised responsible gaming standards and continually improve our practices based on player feedback and industry developments.
